It’s always inspiring to see someone’s hard work pay off, and for them to be recognized for their efforts. At Superfecta Management, we pride ourselves on always being able to step back and recognize the efforts of others, to voice our appreciation, and push them to continue reaching for what they want. This is why we’re so excited for our fearless, dedicated co-founder and managing partner, Danielle, who recently received her due recognition from the Albany Business Review.
Each year, the Albany Business Review names 40 individuals to a new “40 Under 40” class, recognizing their successes and also their great potential. When Danielle moved to Albany in 2004, it became a goal of hers to be named to this prestigious list. When Danielle has a goal, she does whatever it takes to reach it. Despite any obstacles in her way, she finds a solution and continues to push forward in her pursuit. Being named to the “40 Under 40” is no exception. This achievement didn’t come without hard work and is not something Danielle takes lightly. It took an unwavering commitment paired with believing in her abilities to get her to this point, and it’s extremely gratifying to see it pay off.
Margaret Thatcher once said that success is “a mixture of having a flair for the thing that you are doing; knowing that it is not enough, that you have got to have hard work and a certain sense of purpose.” Danielle clearly has a flair for the work we do at Superfecta—from her sales-driven mind to her marketing magic, she makes dreams a reality for our clients. But she also knows that putting in your best is key and that maintaining a fierce devotion to a mission, and a purpose, is crucial.
Driven by her desire to help businesses thrive and by the relationships she forms with our clients, Danielle’s momentum never slows, pushing her in the direction of success. We cannot wait to see what comes next for Danielle, but for now, we’ll keep doing what we’ve been doing. We’ll continue to follow her lead, trusting in her business instincts and her honest, genuine approach to both work and life.
