ACTIVATIONS

With well over 10 years of experience, we have helped dozens of brands stand out from the crowd through product sampling/launches, trade show displays, custom games for clientele during concerts & shows and more!

Brand Ambassadors

We currently have brand ambassadors that cover all of Upstate New York, Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo, Connecticut, and New Jersey. This past year we have also grown to the Northern & Southern Florida regions. Our staff is highly trained and are knowledged and professional from start to finish.

FAQS

All activations have a two hour minimum, and we ask for at least 2 weeks notice so that we can make sure that our brand ambassadors are trained, scheduled and have the proper inventory to successfully execute each event.

We hire and train only the most qualified people; matching their skills with our client’s specific needs to ensure our clients get exactly who they need. We schedule a one-on-one consultation with each brand ambassador to train them on each specific brand, and then have them shadow an event with a manager so that they feel comfortable and prepared!

From alcohol sampling to event activations-we cover every area of promotional marketing in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, & Florida!

We have an in depth survey each brand ambassador must fill out at the end of each event including professional, high resolution photos, analytics and notes on each event.

We are your partners from start to finish and will represent your brand through the logistics of each event! From strategic meetings down to calling the venue & managing inventory, we are 100% invested in your company!

We have a storage unit and all BA’s will pick up their items before and after each event. Inventory is counted once per week by our promotional marketing managers as well to ensure we have everything needed.

We make sure all of our BA’s shadow our seasoned staff members before working their first event, and have a manager on staff that will spot check events daily to make sure each event is going smoothly.
